The Raptor Centre has over 18 species of raptors or birds of prey, mostly comprised of owls, eagles, vultures, hawks, and falcons. The centre was opened by founder Gillian Radcliffe in 2002 in Duncan, BC. Their visitor centre offers many types of tours to the public and school groups, and for special events as well.
Adding a bird of prey to your photoshoot is as easy as giving the Raptor Centre a call, but beware, …they may just steal your spotlight. Some of their more experienced raptors have already stolen the spotlight, having landed rolls in many movies and TV shows.
