BAHM printed and online magazine is a promotional and portfolio building platform for visual artists in the creative world of fashion, advertising and their supporting industries including; agents, model scouts, models, photographers, fashion designers, HMUA, wardrobe stylists, prop stylists, creative directors, creative teams, retouch artists and layout artists.
While creativity is very important, BAHM Magazine’s platform is directed toward the more lucrative mainstream commercial and advertising markets that demand international caliber imagery. Upon reviewing submissions, BAHM Magazine reserves the rights to accept or deny in part or whole, all submissions received. The BAHM team will review all submissions based on the quality of the photography, work of the artistic team and availability of space in the magazine.
Disclosure Statement: By submitting your photographs, you confirm that you are the copyright holder of the submitted images. Your submission is an agreement in which you grant BAHM Magazine to publish your work and, you grant BAHM MAGAZINE permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, marketing material, advertisements, videos and any other mediums or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of BAHM Magazine.
BAHM Magazine is not liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided by the submitting copyright holder. All individuals who submit images for consideraton and/or are published by BAHM Magazine hold BAHM Magazine and their respective regents, directors, officers, employees, emeriti, fellows, interns and research associates (the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against all claims of any nature arising in connection with publication of the copyright holder’s images or story. The Indemnified Parties are not liable for any costs, damages, injuries, or other claims incurred as a result of publication
All participants (and their parent/legal guardian if under the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence) agree to release and hold harmless BAHM Magazine for any loss or damages suffered as a result of the information and materials appearing in the printed and/or online magazine, the magazine webste and/or promotional and social media relating to the submission.
BAHM Magazine retains the right, but not the obligation, to remove any content that BAHM Magazine believes, in its sole discretion, violates the above terms or is inappropriate in any manner.
